re: Zhone Acquires Vpacket First they bought the MALC and then proceeded to fire the engineers and technical staff. Next they bought Nortel's Access product line and shortly afterwards fired so many people that the product cannot survive. Now they buy Vpacket so that they can kill it.

I have the impression that the big cheeses at Zhone just want to fool the investors into believing that they are expanding their product lines and that the company is doing fine.

Honestly folks, if you were a customer would you buy anything from these bozos. Isn't this like buying a car from a dealership that has no mechanics or knowledgable people, only a fast talking salesman to pull a fast one on you.
