re: Zaffire Zaps Marketing VP I am familiar with Kestrel. They have received over 200 million in funding but they have yet to deliver a product. Product ramp up from the EF&I have plagued them from day 1. They are also in beta tests with several ILECs but nothing concrete as of today. There 'sweet spot' appears to be PMD affected fiber using FWDM.
