re: Xilinx Founder DiesXilinx is one of the best companies in the Valley to work for. Talk to any Xilinx employee and they will tell you they love it. They go out of their way to watch out for their people. And they are kicking ass, having shut the door on any other FPGA wannabe. Truly a thought leading company that can execute. A rare blend of attributes. Amazing the company isn't more talked-about. Crack open anything from a storage array to a router to a BMW and you're likely to find a Xilinx part in there somewhere.
