I must admit I was skeptical at the beginning, but they made a believer out of me. Verizon is run by network professionals who actually care about their customers.

VZW really is. LTE was not supposed to be here in my city until 2013, but by end of summer 2011 when my daughter visited with her 4G phone from Southern California she said she was picking up 4G all over central Virginia. That's when I went ahead and got my 4G phone. The speed is extremely good. We have one spot in downtown Richmond, VA where I work that has slow days or reverts to 3G and bogs down. 90% of the rest of the area the downloads are amazing, streaming video live baseball games to the iPad 4G is crisp and sharp, as was hockey.
I can't imagine what they're investing to ramp up so fast in so many areas, but a lot of us are paying that $30/month for data.

Weird how it covers "258" markets but the 125th largest metro area is not yet covered. Chuckj singing verizon's praises, you just got lucky. If i blink while i am driving i miss seeing 3-4 verizon stores so it cannot be lack of customers. Funny thing is that associates were telling me we would have 4G by 2012. Here's hoping for 2013.. Actually here's hoping to wide spectrum wifi can get past the cellular monopolies so we can stick it to em!!!
