re: UWB Caught on the Hop Gabriel - in your article, you mention that "Xtreme and Motorola filed a request for a declaratory ruling by the FCC". What was your source on that? Is the request available for public review?

Also, any news of how long it will take to get a reply? Just wondering if this is a "days" or "weeks" kind of thing... Thanks.

re: UWB Caught on the Hop Xtreme sent me a copy of their request for a declaratory ruling, which IGÇÖd guess is available for public scrutiny. That said, I couldnGÇÖt find it on the FCC website GÇô maybe it hasn't been posted yet.

The FCC say there's no set timeline to make a ruling of this kind, so I doubt itGÇÖs a question of waiting just a few days. Both GÇ£campsGÇ¥ have indicated that weGÇÖll hear more about it over the summer.
