re: Top Ten Video Sharing Websites All of these online video websites continue to have growth and are growing their user base. I wonder how the news about Youtube costing Google will influence the direction they take

re: Top Ten Video Sharing Websites "amature writer."

That says it all! LOL.

BTW, to me, anybody that uses Alexa to cite traffic metrics is uncredible.

re: Top Ten Video Sharing Websites Your list says that some sites allow videos to remain private.

I chose Youtube because they did not have a download option.

Later I found out that videos can be captured and I tried it on mine to verify.

No, I'm not publicizing how.

To answer your question - I think you missed noting that it can be done.

The other thing (and I would appreciate a reply to this) is in your mention of ownership. If I pull my video do they still try to make claim? What sites do NOT lay any claims to my work?

re: Top Ten Video Sharing Websites are there some big, well-known video sharing sites we missed?

what about the rankings? how would you have ranked the sites differently?

re: Top Ten Video Sharing Websites re: "To answer your question - I think you missed noting that it can be done."

Great point. Can you phone me at some point and tell me what you did? Good to know. 817-731-9228.

Also, re: "What sites do NOT lay any claims to my work?"

Hardly any of them say they "own" your work. Most just allow themselves to use your work in advertising and other things without permission.

That said, I don't recall offhand which ones had better terms for content makers. I didn't review them all as that would have required much more time spent, some legal help, and, probably, another bottle of Advil.

re: Top Ten Video Sharing Websites
You missed FileFront. They don't just do video. Many storage and mirroring sites are used for video as well.
