re: The Philadelphia ExperimentSince I wrote my original rant about "cost, cost, cost" I have had a chance to test out the new Philly network. The throughput was so slow that it was completely unusable. Throughput was much, much slower than dial-up.
It will be interesting to see if this is just teething pains or just you-get-what-you-pay-for.
