re: The Effect of War on Telecom crapshooter,

Baaaaahahahahaaaa! Where are you from? Tallywacker is a Southern term that I have not heard in years. Yes, that would suck.

re: The Effect of War on Telecom Anyway, suppose Saddam wasn't killed, but that he lost a leg. It would suck being one of his body doubles now.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

It would REALLY suck being a Saddam body double if they blew off his tallywacker.

re: The Effect of War on Telecom I agree with Bill Johnson completely.
Remove all emotions and look at the facts.

Comparisions between Hilter, and Christian extremists are just red herrings.Period.
It has nothing to do with what Bill is saying.

Sheesh! I would think that a board with whole
bunch of engineers would have some logic in them.

Also, no point is disowning your past, the Germans and the Japanese have moved on. That does
not mean they did not commit the atrocities. The
current generation cannot be held accountable for the sins of the past.

Yes, Islam has been violent, and no point denying that. This violence was not in self-defense either --- read the history books. Look at the conquest of Persia --- there are
no Zoroastrians left in Iran. Likewise, books have been written about the spread of early Islam
around the Mediteranean. Does this mean all Moslems are violent? What's A got to do with B?

The Moslems need to be proud of what they have given the world and stop disowning the past and set up truly secular governments. They need to use their god-given common sense and interpret the religion and Koran based on what they think is right and not what some cleric thinks. By and large this happens to be the case and majority of the moslems are not extremists. India, has more
moslems than Pakistan and with very few exceptions they have lived in harmony with the Hindus and Christians.
Infact, I truly believe most moslems do want a secular government and given a choice between and Islamic state or a secular state would choose the latter (this part is my opinion and not a fact).

Or better yet, how about I try it on you? I would be more than happy to meet you at Nedleys or any other place of your choosing. ;-)

Yeah, but you have to buy and I only drink good stuff. ;-)

re: The Effect of War on Telecom Bill,

I'm not from the South, but have some connections there. I just picked a clean word.

re: The Effect of War on Telecom
I enjoy many of your posts, and agree with most of them (dunno if you bother reading any of mine).

And I have read yours and pretty much agree.

Just curious, do you have connections to
a somewhat small North-Eastern US University (alumni)?

Yes, sort of. Well, it was in New England but it calls itself a "small liberal arts college" not a university.

re: The Effect of War on Telecom Would that be good beer, good bourbon, good tequila, or good wine?

Would that be good beer, good bourbon, good tequila, or good wine?

Good beer is an oxymoron. Any of the others can be either bad or good.

Crapshooter, let's make a deal. I'll pay you a one way ticket to Iraq, andyou go tell this in person to the mother who has lost her children "by accident".

Puhleeze! What hogwash. How do you survive with a heart that bleedslike a river? I'm surprised you haven't enlisted as a human shield.

Funny thing Crapshooter, but your words are just about the same thing that old Osama bin Laden says when somebody tells him it was a bad idea to do the trade towers. He thinks those who criticize his barbarism are bleeding hearts too. Personally I think you two (you an OBL) are birds of a feather compassionwise. You should be very proud and I'm sure you are. ;-)

You definitely are not a beer drinker. I don't think it's possible for a person to drink enough beer to get as silly as you, sunshine.
