I'm wondering what happens when I fire someone - do they get offboarded? I suppose that's like wiping out.

re: Singapore Slings for AlcaLu, HuaweiI believe 'onboarding' is a term widely used in the human resources world. Not sure if it will catch on in our industry. Snowboarding looks more fun.
Personally, I think "onboarding" should be banned by any civilized government, though I do recognize the counter-argument that onboarding has some value in intelligence gathering and can save innocent lives.
