re: Nokia Claims Intelligence The IMS drafts for release 5 (let's be serious - these aren't stable yet) call for COPS and stuff like that to control the layer 3 routers and GGSN.

Is this all they mean: "Nokia does COPS".

Anyone got any idea what they are really offering?
