What is it planning to do with its Spatial Wireless Acquisition?

re: Italtel: We Need US Partner Alcatel also has their own 5020 softswitch. Spatial is a soft MSC (mobile switching center) is only deployed in mobile networks.

Makes more sense for LUCENT to be their partner as Lucent can't develop an IP related product to save their lives, but have the relationships.
