To put it another way, does anyone have any idea about the "IMS tax" (like ATM cell tax..) that will apply to voice over IMS compared to good old voice over circuit for mobile?
What I mean is obviously IMS is not going to provide BETTER capacity then voice over circuit (especially over WCDMA) due to the loss of unequal protection, SIP message overheads, RHOC overheads for some QoS, etc., the only issue is how much capacity will the mobile network LOSE when we switch on IMS?
