You say that your sources for this article include one vendor and one federal equipment consultant. You also say all parties involved had to sign an NDA. Given the latter,what is one to conclude about the reliability of the information contained in your article, given how your sources obviously misunderstand the law behind the agreements they signed.

re: GIG-BE Winners Named I thought for sure that with all those Raman widgets that their system could reliably transport many zettabits of data per year. SAIC made a terrible blunder by passing on Nu-Wave for the Optical Transport slice of the pie.

On the other hand, Ciena's not too shabby. ;)
