I realize this is an asset sale, but I am still wondering if CCUR will carry TellyTopia's Moveez torch forward and develop a service around the technology that gives the tier2/3 crowd potential access to 100K+ titles by combining off-net with their traditional on-net VoD content.  CCUR said they'll reveal more about specific product plans later, but I didn't get a very positive sense that Moveez will come to be, even under a different brand/banner. one thing to consider is that TellyTopia's platform has been architected for and delivered as a managed service... and Concurrent has established its own credentials for managed service delivery - at least in the media data side.  So it would not be a stretch to see something develop here - especially if CCUR wants to deepen tier 2/3 penetration.

If that's the case, perhaps we'll see a handful fighting for that tier 2/3 segment with that type of service... ccur, Avail-TVN, and perhaps Ascent. And maybe Comcast, too, if they decide to extend its CDN to others. JB
