I don't think any of the stock options are ever going to worth a dime.

its better to work in company where you get high salary and less options promises.

The problem with that is that those companies
are not necessarly paying higher salaries than
startups anymore. And at the moment, working
for a big company provides no more security
than working for a startup.

Now if you are lazy and/or stupid or just don't
like the idea of having to do work, there are
still places within Alcatel, Lucent and
many other places for you.

Why don't you just over the fact that your
company (Charlotte's networks) made a big
mistake in participating in a performance
test before you were ready.

Its not juniper's fault that you embarassed
yourselves.

And if you understood how things work, you
would know that Juniper being in decline is
a bad sign for everyone in routers. Everyone's
valuation and ability to raise money will go
down. This is especially true of a mature
startup with a wounded reputation like
Charlotte's networks.
