re: Voice Crunch Elevates Alianza It is a lower total cost of ownership in all cases even for SPs with VoIP gear - opex will be lower (no maintenance fees, streamlined management). In many cases VoIP 1.0 is retiring and SPs are focused into looking at a new network . Outsourcing voice also means that the capex, opex, and expertise can focused on LTE, broadband, video and other strategic initiatives.
