re: Sprint to Dial 800 for LTE in Q4 It was the plan since the beginning. They are going to use Cleat's network regardless of if the deal goes through or not, similar to WiMax.

re: Sprint to Dial 800 for LTE in Q4 They plan on doing another 2 x 5MHz network in the 800Mhz band but using Clear's vast amounts of spectrum to launch 2x20MHz LTE network in metropolitan areas.

re: Sprint to Dial 800 for LTE in Q4 Totally depends on the channel size in the end but if Sprint has 2x10MHz channels on 800MHz that would allow them to offer similar speeds to AT&T and Verizon's LTE offerings.
