I'm moving to the city from Canada. I am going between Verzion and T-Mobile - both have similar Canada plans from what I understand, so I'm looking for the best cell service (I'll be living and going to school in Greenwich/East Village).

Might you be able to assist?

re: Finding T-Mo 2: Manhattan Data Transfers Tests were done at the LR/UBM Tech offices on glamorous 35th street in Manhattan on Friday at 8pm. That's the first time I've seen 4G LTE signals there.
