Highlights
· Q1 revenue reaches 97 percent of entire fiscal year 2000 revenue, at €3.0 million
· MEMSCAP’s ten-year intellectual property agreement with Walsin Lihwa pushes Q1 wireless revenue to €2.3 million
· 161 percent backlog growth for Q1 compared to end-of year 2000
