KITCHENER, Ont. -- Meikle Automation, Inc. a leader in manufacturing equipment automation, today announced that it has formalized an acquisition of Electro-Mechanical Specialties, Inc of Sanford, North Carolina. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The addition of EMS Automation, with a strong presence in the eastern US automation market, will position Meikle Automation Inc. to compete strongly in the North American automation market.
