STOCKHOLM -- Lumentis AB announced on Tuesday the signing of a frame agreement, worth at least 2 MUSD, with the internet- and telecom service provider IP-Only Telecommunication AB. IP-Only has chosen Lumentis equipment for deployment of all broadband access in their Nordic network and to deliver services for city networks all around Sweden.

IP-Only has established them selves as an operator with focus on enterprise customers with a high bandwidth demand. IP-Only owns and operates one of the most powerful optical fiber networks in the Nordic countries which connects Stockholm, Oslo, Gothenburg, Malmö as well as Copenhagen and Helsinki through submarine cables. During the lat year IP-Only has built out and extended their network with local connections along the core network. IP-Only has earlier put into operation six city networks using xWDM-products from Lumentis. This will now continue and intensify on a broader scale.
