Allen Karlebach joins Light Management Group as Chief Financial Officer after thirty years of increasingly responsible financial assignments, the last fifteen of which have been involved in M&A, business, strategic and financial planning and capital raising. Most recently at Manugistics PRO (formerly Talus Solutions, Inc.) Mr. Karlebach was Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis where he was responsible for the company's financial planning activities and served as Treasurer.

Joanna Little Crosby joins LMG as Director, Business Development, effective March 12, 2001. Joanna brings 20 years of telecom experience in management; sales; technical support; project development, management, implementation; product development; and customer relations. She brings voice and data experience from GTE, Sprint, ITT, & Starnet.
