Keymile acquires Kommunikations-Elektronik (KE), maker of innovative hardware and software for access network transmission technologies

VIENNA -- KEYMILE AG announced today the acquisition of Hannover based Kommunikations-Elektronik GmbH (ke). The range of services offered by ke includes the development, production, sales, installation and support of innovative hardware and software for transmission technologies in the access network. This takeover considerably strengthens the existing cooperation between the two companies. With its strong product and service portfolio, KEYMILE Group is ideally positioned to meet the challenges of technical evolution in the area of access networks. KEYMILE is continuing to provide enhanced and effective solutions to its customers.
