Most recently, from 1998 to 2000, he was part of the executive team at Oki Semiconductor, where he developed and implemented a strategic focus account program and revitalized the distribution network channel. Prior to joining Oki Semiconductor, Herzing was instrumental in developing a five-year business plan, defining the channel strategy and reorganizing the sales structure, as Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Fujitsu Microelectronics, Inc., resulting in accelerated growth in the Americas.
