Through the partnership, VOSS and ISI are combining the expertise of their organizations, each of which is a leader in their respective field; UC service fulfillment and telecom ex­pense management. Together, they bring to market the first UC Business Analytics Solution (UC-BAS), which gives organizations access to a rich set of business data that would other­wise be spread across the network infrastructure, and be time consuming and costly to aggregate.

With UC-BAS, organizations will have the ability to access real-time reports and on-screen dashboards, allowing them to track service and trunk utilization, resource and license consumption, as well as traditional telecom expense management. An enterprise’s business units or agencies will be able to gain real-time access to the communications services and resources they are consuming, which will save considerable operating and capital costs. In addition, organizations will be able to allocate costs across the various busi­ness units, on the more equitable basis of asset and license uti­lization.
