CRAWLEY, UK -- Spirent Communications’ mobile connectivity business unit Tweakker today announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Teleena, the leading Dutch mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) and provider of mobile data services. The partnership helps to extend Tweakker’s mobile and Internet of Things (IoT) footprint on a local and global level while empowering Teleena to adopt and offer Tweakker’s connectivity platform of mobile devices to its customer base.

The cloud-based platform contains one of the largest customer connectivity portfolios in the world. This also includes mobile device analytics and plug-and-play device platforms for Teleena's customers to better understand and manage devices in their networks and to provide mobile users with anytime-anywhere online guides for self-service care.

Teleena will deliver Tweakker's solutions to its customer base of cable companies, mobile network operators (MNOs), mobile virtual network operator (MVNOs), retailers and mobile devices manufacturers. The first Teleena customer to become Tweakker-enabled is one of the largest cable operators in the Netherlands, providing a triple-play service (cable television, broadband Internet, and telephone service) to both residential and commercial customers.
