LONDON -- James Kinsella has been appointed Executive Chairman and Alan Lowe Chief Executive Officer of Interoute, it has been announced today. Concurrently, Ohad Finkelstein, the company's current Chairman and CEO, is being elevated to a position on the board of directors. The appointments are effective July 1st. "Since joining the company in 1999, Ohad Finkelstein successfully built Interoute from a pre-paid calling card business into a major pan-European network operator," said Mr. Kinsella.
