Intel Gets Slapped
The case hinges on allegedly illegal rebates to computer makers. And it's not the first time Intel has been accused of anti-competitive tactics.

Multiple shades of gray possible in there. I haven't followed the EU case closely, I'll admit, so I don't have a well developed opinion yet.
But I do think the EU does a better job policing competitiveness than the U.S. does. Some would say the EU is just being "anti-business," but I don't think AMD would agree.
