Andrew John Moley named to the position of chief financial officer

FREMONT, Calif. -- Inkra Networks, designer of a new class of systems that deliver streamlined and enhanced services for Internet data centers, today announced the appointment of Andrew John Moley to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Moley will be responsible for managing all financial and accounting aspects of the company, as well as Human Resources operations. He will play a principal role in closing additional rounds of equity financing, reporting and analyzing Inkra's monetary resources, and planning detailed budget efforts. "Andrew has the drive and expertise to lead and manage our company's financial strategy. He has raised private equity rounds and solidified multimillion-dollar deals, " said Sanjay Dhawan, president, CEO, and co-founder of Inkra Networks. "Andrew's addition to our management team, combined with our recent appointments of VP of operations and VP of sales, will set the stage for Inkra's rapid growth next year."Moley joins Inkra with 15 years of financial management experience. Previously, he was CFO and subsequently president and CEO of Egreetings Network. As CFO at Egreetings, Andrew closed two private financing rounds and spearheaded the company's initial public offering on the Nasdaq exchange in December 1999. Promoted to CEO, he led the company through its merger with American Greetings.com in 2001.Inkra Networks
