ICTV announced that Don Gordon, a leader in advanced television development, has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer

LOS GATOS, Calif. -- ICTV™, creator of HeadendWare®, the most powerful platform for the delivery and distribution of interactive television programming, today announced that Don Gordon, a leader in advanced television development, has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering.

Gordon, an expert in both IP and cable television delivery systems, is named on 26 patents dealing with MPEG video and network-based interactive services. He joins ICTV after 11 years with Microsoft Corporation and DIVA Systems, and will be responsible for the continued development of the company’s solutions for real-time digital video manipulation, and creation and delivery of Web-powered programming channels to television.
