real time voice is no longer a special channel... It seems like IP is still stuttering with real-time voice communications (and low-res video), so it will be interesting when 4K/8K video and low-latency is commonplace to see how "telephone" calls will be handled. Will we still have special service packages for voice communications? Or will the new IP tech make voice apps so ubiquitous that "phone" companies will have to ditch their separate voice services for more value-added data?
