ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel -- ECtel Ltd. (NASDAQ: ECTX), a leading provider of Integrated Revenue Management™ (IRM™) solutions, today announced that a "Triple-Play" cable operator in Latin America placed a first-time order for ECtel’s next generation of fraud detection and prevention solution, FraudView® release 8.
