Middlefield, Conn. -- Zygo Corporation (NASDAQ:ZIGO), today announced that R. Clark Harris has been elected to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Harris has over 35 years experience in company operations and has held senior executive positions in Fortune 50 Companies and high-tech startups. Most recently, Mr. Harris joined NorthEast Ventures Associates, LLC as a Partner. Mr. Harris is currently on the Board of New Focus, Inc. of Santa Clara, California.
