General Cable's supply partners will gain visibility of real time planning, forecast and inventory information, giving them the ability to make their own replenishment calculations, reducing General Cable's intervention and improving the efficiency of production schedules. Connection to CableNet is possible via a single integration, using proprietary translations designed around Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This single connection will allow General Cable to share information with supply partners in real time. Access to CableNet is also possible via a web browser.
