RICHARDSON, Texas -- Fujitsu Network Communications Inc., the leader in the optical telecommunications market, today announced that the company is providing integrated cabinet solutions to Occam Networks Inc. (OTCBB:OCCM) to house Broadband Loop Carrier (BLC) products. The BLC is a complete loop carrier solution that delivers ADSL and lifeline POTS services from a single, converged access network. Fujitsu will integrate cabinets with the BLC products at its in-house manufacturing facility in Richardson, Texas before shipping the configured systems to Occam customers across North America. Through this initiative, Fujitsu will integrate, stage and store in readiness Occam solutions to rapidly respond to customer orders. Once an order is received, Fujitsu will make any necessary modifications on-site before transporting the complete solution directly to Occam's customer site. In addition to cabinet integration, Fujitsu provides a full range of customer services for both Fujitsu equipment and other vendor's telecommunication equipment, including Planning and Deployment, Operations and Maintenance, and Professional Services. The company also meets the strict requirements of the ILECs and is a certified supplier of EF&I services to carriers nationwide.
