LONDON -- FLAG Telecom, a leading provider of international wholesale network transport and communications services, today announced the appointment to its Executive Team of Mathew Oommen as Chief Technology Officer for FLAG Telecom. Prior to joining FLAG, Mathew was Chief Operating Officer of Reliance Infocomm.
