Field tested products from Envivio, Minerva Networks and ADB have been seamlessly integrated into a ready-to-use MPEG-4 IP video convergence solution that telcos can install with confidence. Integrating the industry leading picture quality of Envivio 4Caster HD3 and B3 encoders with Minerva’s feature rich iTVManager software and the high definitionMPEG-4 capabilities of ADB’s IPTV series of products allow operators to quickly deploy highly personalized TV, entertainment and advertising solutions. “Integrating the Envivio IP video encoders with our open, standards based platform was extremely easy and our customers will appreciate the quality of Envivio’s MPEG-4 encoding,” stated Mauro Bonomi, Chief Executive Officer, Minerva Networks. “The benefits of MPEG-4 go beyond being able to offer high definition programming. Not only does the lower bandwidth eliminate network bottlenecks that degrade video quality, but it also allows service providers to extend their network to reach more customers and cost effectively grow their businesses.”
