EATONTOWN, N.J. -- PCI, a value added reseller and network systems integrator, and Amedia Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:AANI - News), a provider of switched Ethernet ultra-broadband solutions for the Triple Play Access Market, today announced an agreement under which PCI will integrate Amedia's QoStream(TM) products into projects that they undertake with telecommunication service providers and government agencies.

Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, PCI provides their customers with a full suite of planning, design, engineering, product assembly, systems integration, warehousing, and the installation services necessary to build and manage complex networking infrastructures. PCI also provides a full spectrum of management consulting and outsourcing services. Under the agreement with Amedia, PCI will design, integrate and sell Amedia Networks' solutions into their customer base.

Amedia's QoStream family of products offer a highly economical and effective means to provide triple play services - that is, high speed data, Voice over IP, and IP-TV. They can deliver up to 100 Mbps of Ultra-broadband services - both upstream and downstream, and have the industry's leading capability to provision multiple levels of bandwidth quality as appropriate for each service. They are designed with carrier-grade performance and reliability, and can be implemented in multiple configurations. The AS5000 Aggregation Switch is highly modular and scalable, and can simultaneously support both fiber and copper interfaces (including VDSL2.) The PG1000 Premises Gateway can be configured with multiple RJ45 and RJ11 ports to support data, video, and voice, as well as an optional wireless routing capability (802.11b/g.) The QoStream Director enables a carrier to provision and manage services with a single seat, point and click interface that can be located remotely from the service center.

Commenting on the relationship, Bill Zakowski, Amedia's VP of Business Development noted, "PCI is an outstanding team of managers and engineers, all extremely well qualified to engineer and install networks ranging from the simple to the complex. They engender strong customer satisfaction, and we're quite proud to have this relationship with them."
