StarHub Uses LHS

FRANKFURT, Germany -- LHS today announced that StarHub, Singapore’s second largest info-communications company, has gone live with BSCS iX from LHS, a billing and customer care system to support StarHub’s range of information, communications and entertainment services. The system has been successfully implemented in collaboration with Accenture, one of LHS’ partners for system integration.

StarHub is the only operator in Singapore to deliver a complete range of communication and entertainment services over fixed, cable, mobile and Internet platforms. It is the exclusive provider of i-mode mobile Internet services in Singapore, which it provides over its 2.5G and 3G networks.

The additional flexibility that BSCS iX provides will allow StarHub to constantly launch new world-class services with innovative and useful features.
