TORONTO, CANADA, December 1, 2009 -- Scorecard Systems Inc., the globalleader in reporting and analysis solutions for cable and telecommunicationscompanies, today announced that it had been selected by Network Norway to provide the mobile service provider with a robust and rich business intelligence and commission calculation capability. Network Norway is Norway’s fastest growing mobile operator, with more than 400,000 customers. Scorecard’s solutions drive deeper, more accurate analysis of customer activity, reduce commission and acquisition costs, and put powerful analytical ability directly in the hands of service providers’ end users.

The resultant analysis capabilities will provide Network Norway a complete picture of subscriber and value added service activity and revenue/traffic. In addition, it will streamline the company’s incentive compensation process, giving Network Norway direct control over the design, deployment and implementation of commission plans for each of its points of sale. At Scorecard’s many other clients, the solution greatly reduces commission overpayments and manual interaction through detection of rotational churn and an automated resolution mechanism for dealer queries.

“Scorecard’s solution will provide one, comprehensive view of all customer and service activity for our business, which we view as a critical advantage in our competitive marketplace,” said Rolf Paulsen, Product Manager at Network Norway. “Our data quality, richness, integrity and speed of reporting will be greatly enhanced, providing us with significantly more insight into our customer, product and bundle performance. The combination of the Subscriber Analysis Application and Commissions Manager, will bring us significant savings on our subscriber acquisition cost.”
