PerfTech announced three new customer gains during the first quarter of this year

SAN ANTONIO -- PerfTech, an innovator in direct-to-browser, targeted subscriber communications for high-speed Internet Service Providers, today announced three new customer gains during the first quarter of this year. All are U.S. cable operators that provide video, phone, and Internet services.

  • A mid-sized operator based in the Midwest with more than 150K customers

  • A top-10 U.S. cable operator that serves approximately ¾ million subscribers across multiple states

  • A small, award-winning, independent operator based in the Midwest and known as an early adopter of new technology

These customers have chosen to deploy PerfTech’s Bulletin System platform and one or more messaging applications, among them service alerts, modem upgrade notices, and/or metered-usage alerts. “Broadband providers are becoming more and more cognizant that they need an effective, verifiable way to get time-critical messages to their subscribers. They confirm to us that our messaging system is just the piece they need to accompany various business applications they either have or are ready to introduce,” stated PerfTech Sales Vice-President Jane Christ.
