Directors confident that Envesta Telecom will meet its brokers forecast for the year of £750,000 profit before tax

LONDON -- Envesta Telecom plc (“Envesta Telecom” or the “Company”), the alternative telephony provider, is pleased to announce that the growth experienced in the first quarter of the current financial year has continued into the second quarter and that the Directors believe that the Company is on track to meet its brokers forecast for the year of £750,000 profit before tax. This confidence comes after a recent share reorganisation and the appointment of a new Executive Chairman, Kevin Jauncey.
In his first statement as the new Executive Chairman of Envesta Telecom plc, Kevin Jauncey commented, ‘I am delighted to announce that recent performance has more than met our expectations. In line with the improvements announced at the time of the AGM, turnover is up over 30% month-on-month between October and November 2004. I look forward to making a more comprehensive statement at the time of our interims results announcement.”
