EXFO innovations on display

At this year’s event, EXFO will showcase the industry’s most comprehensive 100G multiservice test solution. Combined in the portable FTB-500 platform, the FTB-85100G Packet Blazer 100G/40G Ethernet and OTN Test Module and FTB-8130NGE Power Blazer Next-Generation Multiservice Test Module enable operators to upgrade their networks to 40G/100G while addressing 10G and lower-rate services in a timely manner. With EXFO’s new solution, network operators can count on the tools they need for simultaneous testing of different services to ensure turn-up efficiency.

EXFO’s OTN test functionalities that were demonstrated at the Optical Internetworking Forum (OIF) Ethernet over OTN Interoperability event will also be on display at the OIF booth. EXFO is one of the twelve OIF member companies that conducted the global interoperability test, and its solution was used to characterise the Ethernet services running over the OTN data plane.
