Inuk's Latest Move
3:45 PM -- British virtual set-top box firm Inuk Networks , which has been developing low-cost methods of delivering IPTV services, has been acquired by partner Move Networks Inc. , the two companies announced today. (See IPTV Startup Bags $18M, Inuk, Move Team Up, and Inuk Hits 40K IPTV Subs.)

Financial terms weren't disclosed, but one of Inuk's backers, serial telecom entrepreneur Sir Terry Matthews, will at least be pleased the company has executed some sort of exit strategy after another of his investments, VOIP gear vendor Newport Networks plc (London: NNG), failed to find a buyer and vanished from the market.
