ICOM4 have determined that there is a growing opportunity for providing easy-to-use and simple-to-install telephony solutions for homeworkers and multi-site organisations that will provide all of the telephony functionality supported by a corporate PBX, including more sophisticated features such as call recording, IVR and messaging capabilities, while protecting the privacy and security of the homeworkers by using a personal number unrelated to the user’s home address.
