Soft-ex to become preferred voice management supplier for BT Global Services in €5M deal

DUBLIN -- Soft-ex, Ireland’s leading developer and supplier of advanced telecoms management systems, today announced a multi million euro contract with BT Global Services. The deal is worth over €5m and will see Soft-ex becoming BT Global Services preferred voice management supplier for its hosted services.

Commenting on the selection of Soft-ex as its preferred supplier, Mike Horton of BT Global Services, said: "BT customers demand leading-edge voice technology to address their business needs.
