John Clark has also joined as Director of Hardware Development. The addition of these experienced leaders will facilitate the technological and product development initiatives that positions SentitO to accelerate its growth in the VoIP infrastructure market.

"Strengthening our management team with these proven, experienced leaders will allow SentitO to execute on an aggressive plan to grow our installed base and deliver on a customer-driven development plan," said SentitO CEO Steve Crummey. "John O'Hara's experience in working with service providers is very relevant for SentitO and we're fortunate to have him join our team. Jeff Shaw and John Clark are also key elements to our success plan and excellent examples of SentitO's attraction for superior industry talent."

O'Hara will report to sentitO's CEO, Steve Crummey and provide strategic product direction and technology planning support. He brings more than twenty years of business development and engineering experience. O'Hara's primary focus most recently has been in working with service providers worldwide as they build and manage their infrastructure networks. O'Hara was co-founder and led engineering for WaveSmith (acquired by Ciena), a maker of core infrastructure technology for service providers. Prior to WaveSmith, O'Hara founded New Oak Communications (acquired by Bay Networks/Nortel Networks), a pioneer developer of high-capacity remote access virtual private networking devices. O'Hara also served as VP, Engineering at Colubris Networks, a WLAN public access equipment company, and has held senior engineering positions at FTP Software, DEC, and Wang Labs.

Jeff Shaw and John Clark join SentitO with a combined more than 50 years experience in the high technology industry. Shaw most recently provided supply chain and operations consulting to Irobot Inc.'s government group and served as vice president of operations at Nauticus Networks, MicroTouch, Act Manufacturing, and Xyplex.

Clark's most recent position was Director of Hardware Engineering at Motorola, having joined as a result of Motorola's acquisition of Winphoria Networks, where he led hardware development for the company's media gateway for service providers. He also led hardware development at Ignitus Networks (acquired by Lucent Technologies), and later served as VP of Hardware and Optical Development at Lucent.

"SentitO is well positioned in the industry to deliver on rapidly emerging VoIP technologies that service providers require," says O'Hara. "I look forward to working closely with the management and development teams to deliver on those requirements."
