RICHARDSON, Texas -- Mavenir Systems, an emerging technology company linking any network and any device through its mOne(TM) solution, announced today that industry veterans Bahram Jalalizadeh, Payam Maveddat and Balagopal Kumar have joined its executive team as the company continues to expand its global service provider implementations and testing activities and sign OEM agreements.

Bahram Jalalizadeh joins Mavenir Systems as vice president of global sales and market development, Payam Maveddat has been appointed vice president of product management and marketing and B. G. Kumar serves as the company's vice president of operations. "As we continue to roll our mOne solution to the market, we will greatly benefit from the strong industry experience and successes that, Bahram, Payam and Balagopal bring to Mavenir," said Pardeep Kohli, president and CEO of Mavenir. Jalalizadeh has more than 20 years of executive management and engineering experience in the telecommunications industry with expertise in Wireless Internet and IP core technologies. He previously served as vice president of business development and marketing of Mobile Next Generation for Alcatel. He led business development and executed global market strategy development at Spatial Wireless and directed market development at Nortel Networks previously.
