VanguardMS will use Visual Networks' Visual UpTime(R) performance management system in its Networks Operations Center (NOC) to perform real-time troubleshooting at remote locations and create performance reports detailing circuit utilization, throughput and availability for its customers' networks. These enhancements will help ensure that clients' network-dependent mission-critical applications are running at optimum levels and allow for remote problem resolution without costly technician dispatches.
