SAN DIEGO -- Viper Networks Inc. (OTC:VPER) has completed testing and approval and will release its new "Broadband Phone Adaptor" product today for immediate introduction into its sales channels.

Viper's new Broadband Phone Adaptor is a device that allows users with a regular analog telephone to make and receive calls over its global VoIP network when it is plugged into DSL, Cable or other broadband Ethernet connections.

This innovative device, which can support up to 2 telephones (or 1 telephone and 1 fax machine) includes a built-in Router and DHCP Server and does not require a dedicated PC to operate. Viper expects that this robust functionality and the ability to add 2 telephones to an existing Broadband Internet connection without incurring additional monthly fees will especially appeal to the SoHo (Small office Home office) user.
